Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: March 15 2026
Last Updated: March 15 2026

ProxyViz Inc. is committed to making its website accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

We believe everyone should be able to access information about our products, services, and support resources in a way that is clear, inclusive, and practical.

Our Commitment

We are working to improve the accessibility of the ProxyViz website so that it is easier to use with a wide range of assistive technologies and browsing methods, including screen readers, keyboard navigation, speech recognition software, and mobile accessibility tools.

Our goal is to follow recognized web accessibility best practices and standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which are the internationally recognized W3C standards for digital accessibility. WCAG is designed to improve access for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, ProxyViz aims to:

  • use clear headings and page structure;

  • maintain readable color contrast where possible;

  • provide alternative text for meaningful images;

  • support keyboard navigation;

  • use descriptive link text;

  • design pages to work across common devices and screen sizes;

  • improve form usability and labeling;

  • review website content and design updates with accessibility in mind.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are continually working to improve the usability of our website and to identify and remove barriers as our website evolves.

As part of that effort, we may periodically review website content, design, and functionality against recognized accessibility practices and update pages as needed.

Compatibility

The ProxyViz website is intended to be compatible with modern browsers and common assistive technologies. However, some parts of the website may not yet fully meet all accessibility expectations or may work better with certain devices, browsers, or accessibility tools than others.

Known Limitations

While we work to improve accessibility across the site, some content may not yet be fully optimized. Examples may include:

  • older PDF or downloadable documents;

  • some third-party embedded content;

  • certain older images or media that may not yet include complete accessibility features;

  • occasional compatibility issues with some assistive technologies.

We are working to improve these areas over time.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the ProxyViz website, or if you need information in an alternate format, we want to hear from you.

Please contact us and include:

  • the webpage or feature you were trying to access;
