CAMERA TECH
Our well cameras are built around a high-resolution digital imaging platform with an ultra-wide 120° field of view, 11.9-megapixel resolution, autofocus, and HDR capability for clear, detailed downhole imaging. Each front and side camera is paired with 16 high-brightness LEDs, delivering powerful user-dimmable illumination that can be optimized for changing well conditions and demanding inspection environments. This intense, controllable lighting helps produce the image quality and consistency needed not only for inspection, but also for photogrammetry workflows where strong, even scene illumination is critical.
SENSOR TECH
Every ProxyViz camera is equipped with advanced onboard sensors that provide more than just high-quality video. A precision 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) continuously measures pitch, roll, and heading, while an integrated high-accuracy pressure sensor provides live water level measurements that automatically update as the water level rises or falls. This real-time data is ideal for drawdown testing, allowing operators to monitor changing water levels without separate instrumentation. All sensor data is processed by a powerful onboard embedded computer featuring a 64-bit quad-core ARM processor, advanced image processing, hardware-accelerated video encoding, and low-power operation, ensuring video and sensor data remain perfectly synchronized throughout every inspection.
DEPLOYMENT
Our reel systems are engineered for maximum portability without compromising the features professionals need in the field. Choose the Ultra Reel with the Electric Smart Winch, and automatic level wind, for effortless powered operation, or the Pro Reel for simplified manual operation. Every reel is equipped with a precision encoder for accurate live tether depth measurement and features integrated camera and controller mounts, along with versatile mounting options for well casings or an optional tripod.
INTERFACE
Our hand controller is a compact, all-in-one control and monitoring system. It features a 7-inch IPS touchscreen with daylight-readable brightness and a powerful quad-core 64-bit computing platform with fast Ethernet connectivity for smooth, responsive field operation. The system gives users full camera control while enabling direct digital recording to a user-accessible USB drive, with no analog-to-digital conversion required. It can be operated handheld or mounted to the reel for convenient hands-free use, and comes standard with USB and network ports, with optional Bluetooth microphone and GPS expansion.
