CAMERA TECH

Our well cameras are built around a high-resolution digital imaging platform with an ultra-wide 120° field of view, 11.9-megapixel resolution, autofocus, and HDR capability for clear, detailed downhole imaging. Each front and side camera is paired with 16 high-brightness LEDs, delivering powerful user-dimmable illumination that can be optimized for changing well conditions and demanding inspection environments. This intense, controllable lighting helps produce the image quality and consistency needed not only for inspection, but also for photogrammetry workflows where strong, even scene illumination is critical.

SENSOR TECH

Our water level sensor system is built around a fully digital measurement platform that delivers real-time water pressure (depth) data along with integrated water temperature sensing. When combined with the precision encoder on the reel, the system continuously correlates pressure measurements with exact downhole position, allowing the operator to generate a complete depth profile of the well during inspection. The controller can graph this data live and store it for comparison over time, enabling advanced analysis such as drawdown testing and well performance monitoring.

DEPLOYMENT

Our reel systems are engineered to be compact and portable, without sacrificing the features inspectors need in the field. Every reel includes an encoder for accurate tether depth measurement, while select models add level-wind mechanisms and variable-friction brakes for improved control during deployment and retrieval. Each system is built for flexible setup, with mounting hangers for well casings or optional tripods, integrated camera and controller mounts, and support for either fully integrated winches or simple power-drill operation.

INTERFACE

Our hand controller is a compact, all-in-one control and monitoring system designed for the well camera and water level sensors. It features a 7-inch IPS touchscreen with daylight-readable brightness and a powerful quad-core 64-bit computing platform with fast Ethernet connectivity for smooth, responsive field operation. The system gives users full camera control while enabling direct digital recording to a user-accessible USB drive, with no analog-to-digital conversion required. It can be operated handheld or mounted to the reel for convenient hands-free use, and comes standard with USB and network ports, with optional Bluetooth microphone and GPS expansion.
